Great breakfast buffet and comfortable beds. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. the view from the top floor was also enjoyable.
The staff was unhelpful, and the hotel was in desperate need of renovations. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and the air conditioning did not work properly.

Very relaxing stay. Small friendly hotel with good swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Great Breakfast.
The bathroom needed a makeover. The lighting was dim, the bathwater didn't drain out very fast and we couldn't find the plug!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It's quite an old hotel, carpet wearing thin in some places etc, shower/bath combo not great but it's clean and tidy and a pleasant stay.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, as well as its convenient location near the train station and shopping center for a night meal. Breakfast was excellent, and we were really surprised by the staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate our dietary needs.
Could not be improved in any way.

Very good location close to centre of town and railway station yet not too noisy. Rooms clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

The staff were cheerful and accommodating upon arrival, and the restaurant served enjoyable food with a variety of options. The location was convenient to my business meetings and easy to find, and the decor of the lobby was attractive.
The room was a major disappointment. The air conditioning system was weak and outdated, so I had a terrible sleep due to the heat.

It was an enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was great, being just a short walk to the train station. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was close to a shopping center where we were able to find a nice meal for the night. the room was adequate and had all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was exceptional. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The TV could have had more channels.
